Synopsis for "Book 2"
The Man of Steel is dangerously weakened by a virus of alien origin! Now, he accompanies the S.T.A.R. Labs research team as they escape the prison of a doctor bent on worldwide genocide. Their flight into the dense South American jungle is short-lived, though, as one of their own turns traitor. After a violent encounter with an alien killer that leaves him even weaker than before, Superman must return tot he doctor's lair to rescue both the research team and Lois Lane.
