Swastika was a member of the Fourth Reich.

History

An unashamed bigot, Swastika signed up with the Fourth Reich sometime before they were hired by Vandal Savage to slaughter the families of former Golden Age superheroes. Exactly how much he contributed to that effort is undetermined, but he was incarcerated after a failed attempt to kill Elizabeth Lawrence, the former Liberty Belle.
