Synopsis for "Endangered Species, Part Six"
Doctor Singh operates on Gus as he is loosing blood fast from his injuries. When his body rejects the human blood, Wendy offers her hybrid blood to see if it will sustain him.
In a vision, Gus continues to see death. He passes through an antler skull head. He walks down several flights of stairs. He enters a room where he sees a vision of Jepperd, Abbot, and Buddy. Jepperd holds a dying Buddy in his hands and asks Gus to make a choice. He can only leave with one person, so he asks Gus to kill him to save Buddy and hands him a knife. After a short deliberation, Gus grabs the knife and stabs Jepperd. He takes Buddy to his boat and rows with him back to shore.
In the present, the group sit around waiting for Gus to recover. Jepperd loses his cool and attacks Walter Fish accusing him of lying. Lucy pulls her gun and tells Jepperd to leave. As Jepperd is out the door, Singh comes running after him. He asks him to wait for him at the camp where they were found earlier. In a week when Gus is ready to be moved, he'll come find him with the boy and they can continue their journey to Alaska.
Meanwhile, Abbot discovers the snowmen and angels the crew had played in earlier.[1] He carries Buddy with him on a chain and a fleet of armed militia as he tracks down Gus.
