Synopsis for "Here Comes Scooter!"

A teen singing sensation named Scooter has deserted his British group, the Banshees, to come live in Plainsville USA. He arrives at the airport where he is mobbed by a hoard of fans. Scooter disembarks from the plane and grabs a friend of his named Sylvester who he met on the flight. The two teens drive off on Scooter's signature motor bike as they leave the crowd behind. He drops off his wealthy friend at his mansion and continues on his drive to his aunts house where he longs to enjoy some peace and quiet. A mob soon gets word of where Scooter is staying and they surround the house. A teen named Kenny looks on with irritation as he jealously sees that girls have their attention on Scooter and not on him. Sylvester soon shows up and offers to run Scooter off by ruining his privacy. They connect a long ladder to Scooters house which allows teen girls to climb and gain access to the interior. Scooter sees that his privacy has been compromised and mounts his motor bike as he heads towards the airport. As he heads down the road, Scooter is then abducted by a wealthy teen named Penny. Penny uses her helicopter to fly Scooter and herself to a private amusement park. Scooter is amused by the attention from Penny but he soon makes his escape in his determination to reach the airport. He soon arrives to meet an airplane waiting on the tarmac but instead of boarding it, he shows that he is clearly there to pick up a passenger. Much to the dismay of his female fans, Scooter picks up a British girl named Cynthia. The female fans are green with envy and they even try to copy Cynthias fashion style to attract Scooters attention but Scooter clearly wants to spend his private time with Cynthia. They head towards the beach followed by a hoard of fans. Once there it is revealed that Cynthia is not actually Scooter's girlfriend but rather his sister. His female fans are relieved and elated.
