Sy Borgman is a former government agent who was also the excitable and sadistic landlord of Harley Quinn and her crew, even joining them on some of their adventures. After he died, he was later revived as an A.I.[2][3]

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Harley Quinn and is an adaptation of Sy Borgman. The original character was created by Jimmy Palmiotti, Amanda Conner, and Chad Hardin and first appeared in Harley Quinn (Volume 2) #2.
- Sy Borgman was voiced by Jason Alexander.

- Sy couldn't tell the difference between a pet and human with animal features, having decided to evict Ivy and Harley's gang after King Shark started living with them.
