Sy Borgman is a friend of Harley Quinn
History
Origin
Sy Borgman used to work for the U.S Government. He once stopped a Terrorist group run by the Russian Tolstakk brothers, though most of his body was permanently damaged by the feat. His body parts were replaced by the most state-of-the art bionics at the time, which gave him extra strength. At this time, he gained the nickname Sy-Borg.
Years later, he met with Harley Quinn when she was disguised as her psychiatric alter ego, helped her find the one who put the bounty on her. Afterwards, he became good friends with Harley and stayed with her at the apartment she owned.
