Syonide was an experienced assassin and enemy of the Outsiders.
History
While working with Tobias Whale, she murdered Violet Harper, who, post-mortem, became Halo. She later killed Halo's parents in frustration.[1]
She was also hired by a crime cartel to kill Phantom Lady, who was protecting a defecting Russian scientist in Casablanca. However, despite assistance from Merlyn, her attempt was foiled with the appearance of the The Flash.[2]

- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
