Notes

• According to the letter column of Preacher #12, Garth Ennis originally intended for T.C.'s initials to stand for "Total C***" (the name was printed with the asterisks), but reader Christopher Murphy of Gloversville, NY suggested the name "Tallywhacker Cramp", which Ennis liked enough to make it official.
