After the Second World War, Tacna was a constitutional democracy, ruled by a Prime Minister.
History
Tacna was situated inland, in a relatively flat part of Europe, and bordered Carabas, across a small river.
In 1946, Tacna very nearly went to war with its neighboring nation Carabas. Both armies massed along the banks of the river dividing their countries. This crisis was instigated, through trickery and murder, by a syndicate of smugglers. A timely intervention and some shrewd detective work by the visiting Blackhawk Squadron narrowly prevented war from breaking out.
