Larson kicks him out of his office and announces that he is busy packing for an upcoming African Safari. Unknown to Larson, the mysterious green glob seeps inside one of his knapsacks. While on Safari, Larson experiences a series of realistic mirages. He sees a bridge collapsing and he also witnesses a horse winning at the racetrack. When Larson returns back home he realizes that his mirages are coming true. A bridge really does collapse in the city and he manages to bet on the winning horse at the racetrack to capitalize on the mirage that he witnessed. Larson sees an opportunity to further capitalize on his visions in the jungle. He then starts to buy huge amounts of stock in Cartwright Pharmaceuticals. He liquifies all of his assets to buy stock in the company because of a Mirage that he witnessed while on Safari. According the vision he saw, the company is scheduled to develop an immortality formula which could bring in billions in profit. Larson corners the stock on the company which compensates all the employees whose jobs were lost from his previous actions. He then finds out that there is no Immortality formula and the chemists there have never heard of such a project. Larson then realizes that he was wrong about the vision and has a physical collapse. He wakes up in a hospital bed with the knowledge that he is financially ruined. In the meantime the Green Glob escapes from his knapsack and moves on to another adventure.
