Talia al Ghul, also known as The Demon, is the daughter of international terrorist Ra's al Ghul and the older sister of Nyssa al Ghul. She is often an enemy for both Batman and Green Arrow.[3] After leaving the League of Assassins, Talia became the leader of her own organization on Tibet.[2]
History
Talia was born before 1960 in Nanda Parbat as the only child of an unnamed woman and Ra's al Ghul, the leader of the League of Assassins. Raised by Ra's and trained by the League; Talia became a skilled assassin and a talented martial artist by an early age. It is possible that she used the waters of the Lazarus Pits to maintain her youth.[4]
She later left her home to began her own life. So she created her own organization in Tibet and became the mentor of Yao Fei Gulong, a member of the People's Liberation Army of China, and after his death, she trained his former student Oliver Queen in Russia. Under unknown circumstances, Talia went to Gotham City and became an enemy of her protector; Bruce Wayne/Batman, and bestowed to him the ancient Suit of Sorrows, which previously belonged to the Order of St. Dumas and its sect.[2][5][3]
Talia eventually turns on Oliver for killing her father and teams up with Adrian Chase, Evelyn Sharp and Black Siren to get revenge.[2]
