Under the Anti-Monitor's info it says his real name is the Anti-Monitor. But I thought it was The Monitor. I though Anti-Monitor is just what the heroes of the DCU call him to distinguish him from the Monitor. Merge with Anti-Monitor (Prime Earth)[]
It was stated by Metron in Justice League Vol 2 40 that the Anti-Monitor that we see in the New 52 is the exact same version of the character that existed prior to the Crisis on Infinite Earths and Flashpoint events. Shouldn't we merge the Anti-Monitor (Antimatter Universe) and Mobius (Sixth Dimension)? There are the exact same Anti-Monitor. Even in Justice League Vol 4 22, it was mentioned that Perpetua's children re-form in many ways after their death.

The Crisis Anti-Monitor's origin is different from Mobius, the Post-Flashpoint Anti-Monitor. This one was born himself from excess energy after Krona interfered in Big bang which caused creation of the Multiverse. Mobius meanwhile was created by Perpetua to serve a role in the multiverse she created, not Krona. If DC states explicitly both Mobius and Crisis Anti-Monitor are same, we can merge then.
