I still believe that the Explosion power must be created; Energy Projection looks very "patched" in this way. "Wow," one might argue, "an explosion is a Energy Projection". Indeed. - Considering his situation, if I was editing his powers I'd use Energy Projection/Fatal Touch, or perhaps put Fatal Touch in Weaknessess. An explosion is just a sudden and violent release of energy so it is really just a form of energy projection if it radiates from the body, or perhaps Energy Transference is more apt for those who can make objects explode like Roy, Bette or Baby Boom. Perhaps construct a list of those who have this very specific ability alone. If there are more than ten (not including, different versions of same character) make your case of the forum. I think I looked for a explosives expert ability when I started editing, perhaps there is need for a category in the powers, but the available ones have been sufficient so far; the descriptions of the powers are usually more important than the generic category itself.
