This guy was also in comics. Batman Vol 1 113 actually directly links to this page, using "TV Series" in the link. Maybe this guy could be moved to a comics-reality designation, and his TV career could be filed under Other Media?

Clarity[]
The History section needs some clarification. Right now almost all of it is based on the two TV series episodes and only little bit of it is drawn for the comics. I think it would help, at least for context. to have a bit more of those later appearance were added.
