If this takes place before War Games?[]

- It doesn't. The first story of Detective Comics #800 provides "closure" to War Games. It is simply a story about Batman remembering what happened and thinking what might come next; but that story is not really part of the storyline. City of Crime is completely separate from any Batman storyline and it was only interrupted by the Batman: War Crimes, the real aftermath to War Games. - S.S. (talk) 00:14, August 27, 2016 (UTC)
