Surely this issue was published in May, not March? Robin debuted in APRIL, so it can't be before then. Digifiend (talk) 15:38, January 16, 2020 (UTC)

The first three lines in the notes section will probably answer you. As far as why it's March, it only has "Spring Issue" stated as the cover date, so they probably put the first month of Spring.
