Shouldn't this page be "John Henry Irons (Arrowverse: Controlled Burn)"? Also, referring to the character as "Luthor" in the write up seems confusing. --Khajidha (talk) 11:30, 26 May 2021 (UTC)

Despite the confusion, he was called Captain Luthor. That's why the article is called that. To me the confusion is that we are treating this character as if he is part of the Prime Arrowverse, at least in the naming conventions. He clearly is not. He's from another universe, and he seems to be at least a version of Lex Luthor. That's what has been implied so far at least. I'm sure we'll get a better understanding in future episodes though.
The truth is, he isn't technically John Henry Irons (Arrowverse: Controlled Burn), he may be a version of him, but he's not "him." The Prime Irons apparently died in 2015. As for this version of him, he's alive; but technically he might not be him at all, he might be a clone that is inhabited by the mind of the Lex Luthor of that Earth for all we know. So I think it's too early to change anything just yet. Except for maybe the (Arrowverse) part, since we know it's not Prime. Still, we don't know the name of the Earth yet so it might be too early for that too. At least it's clear in the article he is from another Earth.--Noah Tall (talk) 18:29, 1 June 2021 (UTC)
Did you even pay attention to the episode? The AI was set for the Lex Luthor of his Earth, that was why he was called Captain Luthor. It was explained in the flashback. He clearly is not related to Lex Luthor in any way.Ninja72 (talk) 13:21, 14 June 2021 (UTC)
"Captain Luthor" might not be his real name, it's still a good identifier. Better than "maybe JH Irons (Arrowverse: some world)". --Tupka217 (talk) 13:25, 14 June 2021 (UTC)
For anyone wondering, DalekSupreme13 suggested moving this page and Natalie to Arrowverse: Heritage on Category talk:Move. Seems clear we're not doing that, but I felt it was worth mentioning. Also, Arrowverse is a general term used for Earth-One, Earth-Prime, and unidentified Arrowverse realities. While some may be confused, it would be more of a hassle to separate the three than anything..--MysteryScooby (talk) 19:00, 14 June 2021 (UTC)
