I think it's safe to say that this episode establishes that the Doom Patrol shown in this episode is not the same Doom Patrol from the TV show, because they are from a separate Earth than the Titans show.

Writers and actors have always said that this is a separate universe. (source) — Karl Meing (talk) 08:05, January 16, 2020 (UTC)

Perhaps so, but we certainly haven't been following that pattern on the DC Database. We have Doom Patrol (Titans TV Series), and it's not the Doom Patrol from the Titans episode, it's the Doom Patrol from TV series. The same is the case with all the other characters like Animal Vegetable Mineral Man and so forth.

Also, I wasn't meaning that we should treat the Doom Patrol series as a separate universe from the Titans series, I was just meaning that the Doom Patrol shown in this Crisis episode should be of a different Earth, because they're shown to be Earth-21 or whatever they were, and Titans we already know was from Earth-9.

Although I suppose the way you are doing it is the better way, since they've already came out and said they're from different Earths before this episode. And also, one could argue if Earth-9 is the same universe as the Titans universe, and that maybe the Doom Patrol universe shown in this episode is the real Titans universe...so yeah, I suppose it makes more sense the way you set it all up. But there's still the Doom Patrol pages that need fixed.
