Appearances[]
Indexing this thing (and part one as well) will be a hell, both for artists and appearances. Do we call this a collected, or a comic with appearances? And if we're going to index it, I think it's better to see who's got it and then divide it by letter, it's too much for one person. - I think it would be cool to have the appearances tagged... but it is absolutely a monumental undertaking. It took me a full hour just to do "A." I have both the 2004 and 2008... if anybody else wants to take a swing at it, we could just do it by letters. as in, if you have the time, anyone can do one full letter... and then we'll be able to see at a glance what hasn't been done yet.
