Black Lantern

I know this article is basically copied from wikipedia, but it says he was a Black Lantern. Does anyone know where this takes place? I don't remember him being in any of the Blackest Night pages and so far, he's not tagged in any of those issues here on the site. I do remember his name on the caskets in the Hall of Justice. Since many of them received rings, perhaps Hannibal as well. I'm not sure if it happened "on screen". -- Tupka²¹⁷ 15:16, August 2, 2011 (UTC)
