Move?[]
Move this to Republic of Ireland? Technically, "Ireland" refers to the island containing Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, just as Great Britain refers to the island containing England, Wales and Scotland. --Tupka217 20:04, November 8, 2013 (UTC)
If we do move it, we'll need to go through every appearance first to determine whether they're in Northern Ireland or the Republic. - Hatebunny (talk) 20:10, November 8, 2013 (UTC)
- Should the history section be re-worked before or after the move? Right now it covers the island itself, not just the Republic.
- Also, how realistic is it to retain Category:Ireland as a container for both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland?

- "Ireland" generally refers to the RoI. I'd say make Ireland a redirect to RoI, and only deal with Northern Ireland on its own page. Mention it as a northern neighbor. I don't think the islands, Ireland and Great Britain, need their own pages; that would just add more confusion. --Tupka217 14:01, November 9, 2013 (UTC)
