Problems[]
- I think he's actually an Earth-Two character, not Earth-X (see this). In point of fact, I think most of the characters we think of as Earth-X "actually" originated on Earth-Two and were recruited by Uncle Sam to be in the Freedom Fighters.
- The "Captain Triumph" character (and page) is a gestalt of Lance Gallant and the spirit of his dead twin brother. How do we handle this? Lance is capable of supporting a Major character template (barely, if one adds the Elseworlds' Golden Age Vol 1 material) the others maybe Disambig/minor character.

Merging or not?[]
There's confusion as to whether the Captain Triumph and his characters in Harley Quinn #50-52 are from Prime Earth or not. I think it's Prime Earth because he's said to be from past time rather than a different continuity, and the Androlia Airfield which is never mentioned in his original comic appearances, but is the one where his brother died in Harley Quinn. Though he is also said from the Golden Age and appears after Harley breaks continuity. Should the Prime Earth character pages created by Kyle be merged with the Quality Universe ones or not?
