Gambling?[]
He was cheating, so for him it's not gambling at all. Illustrative exchange from W.C.Fields' "My Little Chickadee":
Hayseed: Uh, is this a game of chance?
WCF: "Not the way I play it, no." Stoop Davy Dave (talk) 12:10, 30 November 2020 (UTC)
- You have to be good at the game before you can be good at cheating at it. --Khajidha (talk) 13:45, 1 December 2020 (UTC)
True, but that point can support either side of this question.
Gambling is risking something on an outcome. Mr. Death wasn't risking anything, so he wasn't gambling. His marks were gambling, but not him. He was prestidigitating, or so I claim. Stoop Davy Dave (talk) 00:12, 2 December 2020 (UTC)
