So, i've noticed that all the characters that are said to appear are from New Earth and that the page creator keeps reverting back any changes made to it. I don't know why he may think so but they are clearly the Prime Earth versions, the Metallo story that starts at the end of the issue is clearly set on Prime Earth as in the following issues they clearly talk about stuff that happened in the New52 and Atlas and Flash's designs are also the ones that are used only in Prime Earth.
