Missing Characters[]
Guys, can someone explain me why this article has the Missing Characters banner inside? There are no missing characters here. Maybe we can move Manchester Black to the villain section, as he is the villain but it's not evident while reading the issue. - It looks like the Missing Characters template was added with the second edit to the page as seen here: https://dc.fandom.com/wiki/Teen_Titans_Annual_Vol_5_1?diff=1584343&oldid=1583719. If there are no longer any characters missing from the page, go ahead and remove the Missing Characters template.
