How to apply proper naming conventions?[]

It's not clear from the naming conventions themselves, but the emerging consensus seems to be to ignore leading articles ("the," "a," and "an") when numbering volumes. So, for instance, Titans Vol 1 is listed to move to The Titans Vol 1, but Titans Vol 2 and onwards aren't slated to move to Titans Vol 2+.

Applying those rules here, shouldn't this be moved to The Green Lantern Vol 6? Because there were five previous volumes of "Green Lantern" (without "The"). I'd think we should at least be consistent. — Seancdaug (talk) 04:26, March 31, 2019 (UTC)

It's not emerging; quite the opposite. It's an old thing and we're letting it go. We just haven't formed any clear ideas what to do with numbering. --Tupka217 08:10, March 31, 2019 (UTC)
Possibly this is a discussion better suited for the Category:Volumes That Need to be Moved talk page, then, but I notice that there are several entries there that seem to follow the above practice. Regardless of the solution, it would be nice to have some sort of consistency. —Seancdaug (talk) 10:47, March 31, 2019 (UTC)
Yep. I went ahead and moved the easy ones, but what's left now is mostly "The" moves, some, like Titans and Batman Adventures, with numbering issues. --Tupka217 11:06, March 31, 2019 (UTC)
