History

Face the Face

Great White Shark planned to frame the recently reformed Two-Face. Using a gun previously used by Two-Face, Tally Man assassinated supervillains in the Penguin's employ, such as KGBeast, Magpie, Ventriloquist and Orca. At the house of his latest target, Orca's husband Terry Capshaw, he encountered Jason Bard, a private investigator investigating the murders. After a brief struggle, Bard overpowered and incapacitated the assassin.
