The Talon of the 1780s was an agent of the Court of Owls.

History

Being the Talon of the 1780s, he had nearly a perfect kill record and only failed to kill a child. During the Night of Owls, he goes after that child's descendant and kills many soldiers and civilians in his rampage. In the end, he was decapitated by Robin.
