- Tammal-Tayn was created by Geoff Johns and Philip Tan, first appearing in Green Lantern (Volume 4) #39. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Tammal-Tayn first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Green Lantern: New Guardians #11 by Tony Bedard and Tyler Kirkham.
- While the Pre-Flashpoint incarnation of the character is referenced with a hyphenated name, this version is not.[1]
