Synopsis for "Tarzan and the Lion Man Part One"

A film crew is on location in Africa. The lead male star is kidnapped by the Bansuto Tribe, but he's soon rescued by Tarzan. Meanwhile, two women on the set are kidnapped by pirates. The pirates believe the film caravan is hunting for real diamonds and they want the treasure map. The women escape their captors by horse, but one of them is attacked by a lion as the other is able to gallop away. Tarzan visits the film set and is told of the woman's kidnapping. However, the crew believes Tarzan is really their lead actor, Stanley Obroski, as they share a striking likeness of each other. During the jungle night, the stand-in actress, who was attacked by the lion earlier, has become lost. She climbs up a high rock only to be confronted by several English speaking apes who seize her. To be continued. Adapted from Edgar Rice Burroughs' novel, TARZAN AND THE LION MAN.
