It's a Suicide Squad? I'm on another Suicide Squad? Sort of always thought that when I died they'd let me go. 
Task Force Z was a United States of America sanctioned paramilitary group directed by former criminal Harvey Dent to test the military uses of the recently synthesised Lazarus Resin which could reanimate corpses with varying levels of sentience. Task Force Z appropriated the bodies of numerous dead supervillains (mainly Batman foes) to be zombified and acted as military operatives on behalf of Project Halperin to prevent outside use or distribution of the Lazarus Resin.

- Task Force Z was created by Robbie Thompson and Javi Fernandez, first appearing in Future State: Suicide Squad #1. However, Task Force Z first appeared as part of Prime Earth continuity in Detective Comics #1043 by Matthew Rosenberg and Mikel Janín.
