Lightning was an ally of the Teen Titans.
History
When Lightning and his brother Thunder first arrived at Jump City, the two began wrecking havoc for the fun of it. When Thunder began feeling bad for hurting the citizens, Lightning encouraged him to continue their fun, showing Lightning is more antagonistic of the two. When they were defeated by the Teen Titans, they were recruited as honorary Titans as long as they no longer hurt people for fun.

- Lightning Bolts: Lightning is able to generate lightning bolts from his hands and shoot them at his targets with great accuracy.

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Teen Titans, the animated shorts that continued the series, and its tie-in comic book series Teen Titans Go!. It is an adaptation of Tavis Williams/Lightning. The original character was created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez and first appeared in New Teen Titans #32.
- Lighning was voiced by Quinton Flynn.
