Synopsis for "Mother Mae-Eye"

The Teen Titans get an unexpected visitor in the form of the magical Mother Mae-Eye, who through her motherly benevolence and magical power transforms the Titans Tower into a gingerbread-house version of itself, keeping her young charges under her thrall with her endless stack of pies that they eat. Their fight with H.I.V.E. Five inside a mall elicits laughs as Mother Mae-Eye overdresses four of its members and changes the items in Robin's utility belt into baby toys, causing the team to be easily defeated only for Mother Mae-Eye to give H.I.V.E. Five a serious whupping. During this, however, Starfire gets knocked in the head by a street lamp, causing her to see Mother Mae-Eye in her actual green three-eyed appearance. After the team heads home, Mother Mae-Eye almost bakes them into a pie when Starfire breaks out and causes the team to see for themselves the true form of their "caretaker". It is then Cyborg reveals how Mother Mae-Eye came into their lives: he brought home a pie that he bought from a gypsy street vendor that they all ate. After trying to escape Mother Mae-Eye's sugar-coated altered reality and failing, Robin decides to have the team trick her into being cast into one of her pies, and then sent the pie to the headquarters of H.I.V.E. Five, where they were tricked into eating the pie and being under Mother Mae-Eye's thrall.
