Teen Titans Go!: Booyah! (Volume 1 (Digital)) with a cover date of June, 2020.
Synopsis for "A Home in the Country"
Starfire receives bills for fines, parking tickets and court summons from a police officer. Robin after reading them gets outraged and decides that the Teen Titans should start their own country to avoid breaking the law. He decides to make the island on which the Titans Tower is on as their nation, choosing the name "Titania". He orders the Titans to get to work to set up various system and facilities for their new nation, but none of them wants to take the responsibility.
As Raven and Starfire talk about electing the leader, Robin declares himself as the dictator. Beast Boy and Cyborg start making up their own money, but get told that no shopkeeper will accept it. As they decide to head into town, they get stopped by the same officer who gave them the legal documents earlier and he states that they can't enter without a valid passport. Robin tells them not to worry, since they can just stay on the island and develop its infrastructure.
Beast Boy states he doesn't want to work on construction and Cyborg demonstrates his performance before the group. Robin suggests that they do a fiscal audit next, but Raven instead states that they should do what teenagers stranded on islands do in young adult literature: kill each other. Robin tries to stop them but gets himself attacked in return. He however succeeds in putting a stop to it by stating that they can't engage in savagery now that they're their own nation.
Robin makes the other Titans members of his royal court to help them pass the time and Starfire tells that nobles in a royal court usually engage in three things, among which is assassination, after which Cyborg again attacks Robin. Raven decides she had enough and decides to create her own country, with the other Titans except Robin joining her. He accuses them of treason and tries to get his weapons from the Titans Tower, but it's destroyed by Starfire.
Robin realizes the folly of setting up his own nation and decides to rejoin the United States, but the Titans get stopped from going into Jump City by police who don't want them back.
