Teen Titans (Volume 3) #29 is an issue of the series Teen Titans (Volume 3) with a cover date of December, 2005.
Synopsis for "Life and Death"
The Red Hood, Jason Todd, breaks into Titans Tower and stealthily incapacitates each Titan in turn. He leaves Robin for the very last. The Red Hood tears away his outfit, revealing a variation of his old Robin costume beneath it. He feels that Tim is unworthy of bearing the name of Robin and attacks him. Jason is bitter for not being revered and remembered by the rest of the Titans. The two fight each other for an eternity, but Jason is older and stronger and manages to beat Tim at every turn. Leaving him a bruised and bloodied pulp, he takes his leave of Titans Tower. He leaves the words "Jason Todd was here" written in Tim's blood on the wall in the Hall of Heroes.
As the resident Titans revive themselves, several reserve members including Donna Troy, Bumblebee and Herald arrive at the Tower. Suddenly, the spiritual essence of the Spectre rises from Raven's soul self and opens the doorways between the land of the living and the land of the dead. Brother Blood exits through Raven's soul. Attending him is the new mother of the Church of Blood – Lilith Clay!
