Quote1 This is why I started N.O.W.H.E.R.E.! When the most powerful among you have fallen beneath little more than a shrug of my shoulders... it should be clear to even the most foolish among you that everything I have done-- everything I have failed to do-- has been in your best interest. Teen Titans (Volume 4) #9 is an issue of the series Teen Titans (Volume 4) with a cover date of July, 2012. It was published on May 23, 2012.

Synopsis for "The Culling Part Four: If This Be Victory--!"

The Teen Titans decide to distract Harvest by attacking him, so that the Legion Lost can sabotage the central energy supply and destroy the whole complex.

Bunker and Dawnstar, who were previously busy escorting the other children out of the N.O.W.H.E.R.E-complex, now hurry to get back to their teams. Bunker complains that Gates is gone and Skitter is still missing but Dawnstar convinces him that they found another way out.

Caitlin Fairchild, Ridge and the rest of the children, who have been part of the culling, manage to use escape capsules to flee from the N.O.W.H.E.R.E-complex. Rose and Warblade plan to follow Caitlin.

As the crucible collapses, Harvest tells the Teen Titans that Caitlin bringing the children out was part of his plan. The children would cause so much chaos that the world would want an organisation like N.O.W.H.E.R.E. to safe it.

Meanwhile the Legion Lost waits for Gates at N.O.W.H.E.R.E.'s energy core, which destruction would kill them all if they didn't flee soon enough. As Gates finally appears, he brings a Time Bubble with him through which he and his team manage to escape.

Harvest flies out of the complex, followed by Red Robin, to whom he reveals that he is a human. Shortly after Harvest escape Superboy creates walls of stone around the Teen Titans for their safety and Wonder Girl puts her lasso around the small room of rock. Superboy suggests to go downwards as the energy core is above them and they would die before they reached the surface. Moments later the whole complex collapses.

Kid Flash wakes up next to Red Robin, Solstice and Bunker on a beach with a prehistoric creature in front of him.
