Synopsis for "Rogue Targets, Part 2"
While trying to keep the situation peaceful, Cassie and her new team, The Elite, ask the Titans to hand over Superboy. Soon, Kid Flash starts accusing Red Robin of abandoning him and Solstice in the future, condemned to a life of work on an hostile planet. As Tim reminds Bart that he and Kiran asked them to leave them there, he tricks him and blocks him as Beast Boy transforms into an hippopotamus placing himself over Bart's own body.
Getting back to the reason The Elite is here, the fight soon starts as Kon hits Cassie for the fact she exchanged teams: while Superboy fights all members of the Elite alone, Tim asks Raven to track the personality of [[Manchester Black] (Prime Earth)|Manchester Black]] and to transport everyone in Black's location. As the transport partially succeeds, being that only Tim and Raven change location, Superboy and Power Girl start fighting each other: Kon makes easy work of Tanya, as she still is inexperienced, but soon finds Cassie once again in his way.
After Kon neutralizes Cassie, momentarily drowning her to escape, the Elite together with Gar, Miguel and Chimera gather on the spot, finding Cassie alive and well, but frustrated for being unable to capture Superboy. Klarion, a sorcerer and member or the Elite, suggest to get all to Manchester Black's apartment, where Tim and Raven are now, to help the boss. Beast Boy and Bunker try to stop them, but fail in doing so and together with Chimera they remain stuck in Chicago.
While in Black's apartment, Tim and Raven are informed by Manchester himself that the only way to save Kon is to go through the Supermax prison, a place hosting some of the worst criminals in the world, shown to Raven in a vision while trying to penetrate into Black's mind.
