Justeen stole the device from Darkseid's personal armory and gave it to Arnicus Wolfram,who used it to travel to the year 1952 on the Elugelab Island weeks before the site is used as ground zero of the first Hydrogen Bomb. Then built several Radion bombs to render Orion powerless to be destroyed by the hydrogen bomb.

Capabilities

  • The Temporal Bender is capable to create a space-time vortex that allows to travel to a specific point in time and space,but everything around the device when activated is completely destroyed.
