Terramongus was the leader of the Raiders on the Wasteland world.

History

Terramongus and the Raiders hunted down Barry Allen in an attempt to steal a pearl that was the last piece of magic in the world. The raiders were chasing Barry Allen down in buggies but were eventually stopped by Jesse Quick and Max Mercury. Barry Allen reached the tower where the Fraction first landed on the Wasteland world and smashed the pearl, causing the tower to crumble. While Barry Allen managed to escape, Terramongus was crushed by the falling debris.
