Terrence Clark is a well-known booking agent for contract killers and assassins in the Southwest.
History
He owned a fancy night club in Austin, Texas, which he worked out of with his right-hand man, Shox. Clark had had multiple connections with assassins, one including Saiko, an assassin after Nightwing. After Nightwing's brawl with Shox, Clark was last seen being interrogated by Nightwing above his very own club.
