Thaddeus Killgrave is a supervillain and an enemy of Superman.
History
At some point in the past, Thaddeus Killgrave became an associate of the criminal organization, known as Intergang. In Metropolis, Killgrave fought Superman but was defeated and sent to the Metropolis Penitentiary. In the course of years, he spent his time observing Superman's actions and preparing himself to escape and enact a plan to finally defeat the Kryptonian.
In 2021, Killgrave noticed that Superman had been away from Metropolis for some time so he predicted that high-risk inmates would have been transferred to an high-secure prison: in fact, it was decided that he had to be moved from Metropolis Penitentiary so he prepared a syntethic explosive resin that, during the transfer, he used to blow up his prison cell and escape.
After meeting with his Intergang associates, the supervillain lured Superman to Metropolis to finally murder him: as Superman reached him, Killgrave attacked him with a sonic blaster and stuck him to the ground until the Kryptonian hero heard an emergency call from his son Jonathan which forced Superman to slap his hands, knocking Killgrave and the other Intergang members down.
After Superman flew away, Killgrave was arrested by the Metropolis Police Department.[1]
