Doctor Sivana is a dark and twisted supervillain who joined the Legion of Sivanas.
History
Sivana used a time-travel trick that killed his world's Captain Marvel before he was born. After that and the subsequent boredom, this Sivana was one of several Multiversal Sivanas were contacted by Earth 5's Sivana, who had an elaborate plan requiring Suspendium from each Sivana. However, the Legion of Sivanas betrayed Earth 5 Sivana by withholding some of the Suspendium and upended his plan. In the process, Earth 13 Sivana became fixated on Earth 5's Mary Marvel.[2]
Upon invading Earth 42, Sivana proceeded to kill the Earth 42 versions of Martian Manhunter and Cyborg.[3]
After betraying the Earth 43 Count Sivana by sending him to be killed on Earth 13, Sivana himself was killed by El Diablo on Earth 18.[4]

- Although it was never outright said in-story which Earth this Sivana hailed from, Grant Morrison confirmed on their Substack that this Sivana's native Earth was Earth 13.[1]
