Thaddeus Sivana (Gods and Monsters)

Dr. Sivana was at one point in his life a member of Luthor's Boys, a group of scientists who worked under Lex Luthor to better mankind. During his later years, Sivana would join the government and created Brainiac in case Superman ever went rouge, however the psychic lost control over his powers and almost destroyed an entire city. Sivana is killed with several other of Luthor's boys by the Metal Men to discredit the Justice League.
