Tremble, all ye of this lowly plane! I have been summoned...and so I come! Thalas the Darkgod!
Thalas src

Thalas is an enemy of Arion.

In the past, Thalas had once came across the Darkworld God known as Deedra and fought her in Darkworld though was defeated.[1]

After his defeat by Arion due to the destruction of the Khe-Wannantu and being ensnared by the Chains of Deedra, Thalas is summoned when Garn Daanuth invokes his aid to combat Deedra's magic and Deedra herself. Deedra is then seemingly defeated by Thalas though she then transfer her power to a different champion: Arion. Using his power, he binds Arion into a contest and wagers a contest promising either death by Garn or endowing him with magic powers with him as a source should Arion remain victorious. He is instead later attacked and when Arion bestows Deedra's power back, Thalas is swiftly detains and left to an unknown fate by Deedra.[1]

Powers

  • Magic: A Dark God of Atlantis, Thalas possess magical might capable of combating the likes of Deedra, a Darkworld God and Lord of Order.[1]
    • Reality Alteration: Thalas's power enables him to bind a person to various rules within a contest should they accept. Depending on conditions, those who accept it will be unable to break the "rule" lest they die. He once displayed this when he forced Arion to perform magical combat in water and when he went to the surface, he was unable of breath.[1]
    • Darkness Manipulation: Thalas is proficient in using a form of black magic, capable of undoing Deedra's enchantments and her acclaimed Chains of Deedra.[1]
    • Dimensional Travel: Thalas is able to transport himself from one place to another when summoned.[1]
    • Power Distribution: Thalas can bestow others powers and act as a primary source for magic.[1]

Weaknesses

  • His magical binding in his contests can be dispelled if he is sufficiently attacked and seemingly has no defense against an assault of a participant in his magic contests.[1]
