Synopsis for "Interludes: How We All Came Through the Fire"

Interlude 1: "Last night he dreamt he went to Sliding Albion again..."
In the moments following Armageddon, Lorenzo Antonio Slzfi still resides in his prison cell at Rendelsham. He dreams of all that has happened in his life but is suddenly awakened by an alarm.
The door to his cell is torn open by falling debris and Lorenzo steps out to see the entire Rendelsham facility in chaos. He fights off one of the escaped creatures and hears someone calling for help. He finds Hawthorne and a group of people surrounded by some of the escaped inmates and monsters. Despite loathing the man, Lorenzo decides to help Hawthorne and he tears through all the inmates and monsters. He then tells Hawthorne that in exchange for the codes to escape Rendelsham, he will keep Hawthorne and the others alive.
Interlude 2: "The Doctor is Out..."
As the Carrier crashes into London, The Doctor (Habib Bin Hassan) stands where Jenny Quarx moments earlier took the Caged Baby Universe and disappeared. The Doctor tries to enter the Garden of Ancestral Memory for help but all he finds is more pain as all the past Doctors suffering and screaming in agony as the result of Armageddon.
Back on the Carrier, Jack Hawksmoor yells for Habib's help; his body ablaze as the cities of the world burn. But Habib refuses as he frantically runs through the hallways unable to deal with everything that is happening.
Apollo walks into the bridge with Angie in his arms. Her nanites appear to be dead due to being exposed to an EM Pulse and the liquid metal slowly drips off her body. Midnighter then realizes this is the future Void showed him. But he also realizes that he and Void must have changed a few things, such as Shift's wings are intact, the Engineer still has her nanites, and the Carrier's reactor did not blow up. Then they all remember what Midnighter learned in the future concerning Jenny and they rush off to where the Caged Baby Universe was kept.
As Midnighter, Apollo, and Swift rush off, Habib makes his way to one of the Carrier's many balconies. Heavy with despair, Habib leaps off from the ledge and his body transforms into a flutter of butterflies.
Interlude 3: "Landfall."
The Eidolon lands in Scotland after being thrown across the Atlantic Ocean by The High. He sees that this part of the world is no better off than in America. He declares there's nothing left but the dead and the mad, and so he intends to make an army out of them.
Interlude 4: "Gamorra Rising"
On Gamorra Island, a nuclear explosion sets off in front of the island as Kaizen Gamorra watches from his tower. As the shockwave harmlessly hits the force field that protects Gamorra Island, Kaizen laughs triumphantly. His island nation survived the end of the world and Kaizen intends to take over what is left of Earth.

Synopsis for "Team 7: Reunion - Chapter 2"
Lynch continues to explain Team 7 about Tao and his plans; Tao did not cause Armageddon, but he allowed it to happen that would leave him in charge of what is left. Now Tao has captured Void and Providence, beings who wield the energies of creation itself, to remake the world he sees fit.
When Marc Slayton questions how they're supposed to go up against someone with the power of a god, Lynch replies that they can procure a god of their own. He tells them about Max Faraday, a typical college kid who became the most powerful being in existence after being exposed to the Creation Wheel. Lynch and Christine Blaze started out protecting him and ended up trying to stop him after Max's power made him to lose his grip on reality. Despite being supposedly dead after killing himself, Max actually disappeared with his girlfriend, sister and brother-in-law.
After realizing Tao had yet to capture Max, Lynch believes Max has hidden himself somewhere and Team 7 must find him to free Void and Providence to set things right before Tao finds him first. Lynch then gives his teammates Stormwatch teleporting fetishes (courtesy of Deathblow) when they need to regroup and keep quiet about this meeting to prevent Tao from knowing of their plans. When he finds Max, Lynch will call them and then it will be a time for their war against Tao.
