The Jump Jets demand Swift to come with them. However, Swift does not and she flies away. The Jump Jets chases after her in which she is able to take down one of the robots. However, she is then struck down by The Golden.
Back at the Carrier, Angie finds Jack Hawksmoor trying to use his powers to communicate with the city of Paris. She warns him that trying to use his powers in his weakened condition could be fatal. Afterwards, Angie heads down to lead the refugees on another technology salvage mission. As she directs them, one of the refugees appears to be ill but soon reveals that he has Warhol Fever as he transforms into a monstrous Incubite. Angie draws it away from the refugees but the Incubite finds the water supply and explodes, contaminating the water.
Meanwhile, Swift is brought before an official named Hawthorne. He takes her on a tour of the Rendelsham facility that the Authority had visited before when Earth was invaded by Sliding Albion. Since Armageddon, Rendelsham is the last bastion of the British government and its people have been using their limited resources to find anyone outside alive. Hawthorne explains that Rendelsham is where the Ministry of Defense has kept most of its valuable possessions, including exotic technology, in which they have been reverse engineering to develop technologies to save England and benefit all survivors. However, Rendelsham lacked a viable power source for their projects. With Swift knowing Rendelsham's existence, Hawthorne offers an alliance between Rendelsham and the Authority to help each other.
Unbeknown to Swift, she is being monitored by another party who appear to have a functioning Shift-Door teleporting device which is being monitored by Jenny Sparks' ex-husband, Lorenzo.

Synopsis for "Father Knows Best - Part 2"
Cybernary is ready to kill her father Kaizen Gamorra for what he had done to her. But Kaizen tells her that it was not he, but the doppelganger who replaced Kazien by I.O., who ruled when she was first created. All he can assure Cybernary that everyone responsible for her pain has suffered the consequences.
But Cybernary tells him that it is not just what happened to her, but all the countless evil acts that Kaizen has committed that justify his death. Kaizen defends his brutal actions, claiming that all he has done was absolutely necessary to safeguard his kingdom and his people; in his words, "only strength survives" in this world. Cybernary, however, is not convinced by Kaizen's rationales and prepares to strike him down. But her attempt on her father's life stalls when Kaizen's view screens show them the world being attacked by the Reapers. Kaizen then informs Cybernary that Armageddon has arrived.
