Synopsis for "Behind Bars"

Killer Croc escapes Arkham Asylum once again, meanwhile, Bruce Wayne's company WayneTech is working on a new, more secure cell for Croc, but Alfred informs him that Croc broke into one of his construction sites and stole a large quantity of explosives not long after he escaped, and he plans to use them to blow up the Mazzuchelli Dam and Electrical Plant, flooding Gotham City, Batman arrives there and asks Croc where the bomb is, but he refuses to tell him, so the two begin to fight.

Croc asks Batman how he found him, and Batman tells him that he tried to flood Gotham once and failed, so it would be logical to assume he would try again, he also reveals to Croc that he knows that the bomb isn't at the dam because he checked all the stress points and didn't find it, and that Croc is smart enough to put the bomb in the place where it would do the most damage, after Batman knocks him to the ground, he reveals to Batman that he placed it in Arkham so that he could "flood" the city with lunatics.

Batman then ties a rope around Croc's mouth and Batgirl flies in and kicks him, he tells her to take care of Croc while he disarms the bomb, Batgirl begins fighting Croc, dodging his attacks, until she throws multiple pellets at him which release pepper spray gas, burning his eyes, Batgirl then uses this distraction to her advantage by throwing ice pellets at him, freezing him, Batman disarms the bomb and Croc is taken back to Arkham, now with a cell window made of transparent polymer, along with multiple security measures and a television.

As Bruce and the others walk away, Croc states that Bruce is now on his revenge list.
