Synopsis for "Hostile Takeover"

Black Mask calls in various villains such as Joker, Penguin, Riddler, Hugo Strange Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, Firefly, Mr. Freeze, Gearhead, Clayface II, Killer Croc, Ventriloquist and Scarface and lets them know that they have all failed in their own ways and that he will bring crime into the 21st century. When Penguin demands to know what is in it for them, Black Mask says nothing and has Mr. Freeze freeze all the other villains. Black mask tells him phase 1 is now complete. When Freeze asks him what Phase 2 will entail Black Mask takes him out with a Joker joy buzzer saying that Gotham will be his.
