Notes
- All these stories take place before the events of The Books of Magic (Volume 2) #61.
- The characters and realities are just alternate versions of Tim Hunter who were created bv his Opener abilities. The only character who eventually meet the real Timothy Hunter is The Other.
- The "#612 Who is Tim Hunter?" story implies that the Mighty Mystics' world, where most of Vertigo characters are superheroes, has not been created by Danny the Street but it was also born as a consequence of Tim Hunter's magical powers.
Trivia
- "#612 Who is Tim Hunter?" features pastiches of DC Comics heroes with Vertigo characters in their place that were originally featured in Doom Patrol (Volume 2) #53. In this story, this continuity is expanded with characters from The Books of Magic (Volume 2).
- The title "Who is Tim Hunter?" is a joke on the recurring title on Wonder Woman and Teen Titans titles "Who Is Wonder Girl?";
- Hellblazer and Tim Hunter's story is heavily inspired by Batman/Bruce Wayne and Robin/Dick Grayson's;
- The Mystic Youth and its mythos are obviously inspired by the Teen Titans and most of their storylines.
