Notes
- This episode takes place weeks after the events of "Mother".
- It is revealed that Abra Kadabra was brought back to existence into the 64th Century after the rebirth of the Multiverse. The Crisis also affected his future which was replaced by a timeline where he lost his family.
- Kadabra recovered his Pre-Crisis memories thanks to Cisco's Martian memory ring which first appeared in the Arrow episode, "Green Arrow & The Canaries".
- This episode marks the first time that Abra Kadabra's future is featured in a The Flash episode.
- However, it was originally glimpsed by an alternate Cisco Ramon in "The Flash: Johnny Quick" novel and its first full appearance was the "''The Flash: The Tornado Twins novel.
- Caitlin Snow and Killer Frost are split into two different beings. This is eventually explained in the following episode.
Trivia
- The title of the episode is a reference to the Central City reconstruction program.
